Formula Has Changed - Food Smells Bad Dog No Longer Wants to Eat ItI m sorry to say that I have just deleted my previous 5-star review from 2015 that is no longer valid. Not only has the packaging recently changed but so has the formula. The previous version of this product smelled pretty yummy for being dog food. This new version smells awful. I could probably deal with the smell if my dog still liked it, but she doesn t. Little by little she has become more resistant to eating it. It has gotten to where I have to add some low sodium beef broth to the bowl in order to get her to eat it at all. She now slurps up the broth and chews up just a few pieces of kibble. I then have to stick the bowl under her nose multiple times throughout the day encouraging her to eat a bit more each time until she finally finishes it all.
