Sharon: I'm sure it's a great chair if you get one properly assembled

Our chair was defective. The seat was missing the cut out notches that fit into the back support so it was impossible to assemble. There was also a small chuck missing from the top of the frame. Unfortunately this company does not supply replacement parts so my only option was to return the enormous package somehow, or take a discount and hack the chair myself to put it together. I'm sure it's a great chair if you get one properly assembled, but I didn't have good luck with that. I would say the company is reasonable to deal with, but the options are limited.
